Standard parts are used for many technical components – even for those that actually have higher requirements. The quality or efficiency of the entire system can be increased by optimization.
Low- and high-volume production
Due to manufacturing in our corporate group, we are very flexible. Prototype manufacturing is as possible as low- and high-volume production. Thus, we are able to offer development and production from a single source.

Injection molding
In case a high component number is required, producing injection-molded parts is more economic, compared to other processes. By combining different technologies, we are even able to create shapes that normally would not be considered feasible.
Extrusion
By extrusion process, we produce seamless plates, pipes and profiles with constant cross-section over the whole length. Depending on the properties required by the component, we process a wide variety of plastics.
Cupping
We manufacture deep-drawn components made of plastics or sheet metal which meet the highest quality standards. We are even capable of producing complex shapes such as covering caps for release clutches in railways.
Blow molding
Blow molding is a kind of advanced extrusion technology. This technology helps to very precisely produce plastic hollow bodies which have a thinner wall thickness than those produced in other processes. Depending on the purpose, we apply different materials.
Immersion
We coat the most diverse materials. By dip coating, we refine surfaces, insulate electric conductors and preserve delicate materials from possible damage – and for an increased safety.
Brass and bronze working
We process different nonferrous metals: We are able to press, stamp and reshape them in a number of ways. Thus, combined with further skills, we for example develop special connecting elements for fail-proof electric connections.

Demanding challenges – individual solutions
Consequential damage and shortened lifespan
Batteries with corroded contacts have a shortened service life. The internal resistance of the battery increases, while performance and life service decrease. The alternative is permanent maintenance – but who wants to pay this?
Lack of occupational safety
Arcing at corroded battery contacts can cause explosion. Another problem are injuries during maintenance or installation work due to accidentally touching live contacts without or insufficient covering.
Automated systems breakdown
Any interrupted operation due to unscheduled maintenance causes costs. Contacts are a substantial part of such systems. If they do not reliably conduct, as a consequence, the system will collapse.
